Our hotel guests feel at home and loved through the personal care of our skilled devoted staff, who know and understand the needs of animals ensuring that Woodrock Pet Hotel is implementing the best practices and providing all guests with the highest standards of care. The Pet Hotel has 24 hour supervision by our experienced staff. All guests receive a treat before bed time and many pets and cuddles.
At Woodrock Pet Hotel, our guests have a blast! Our guests enjoy hours of supervised play daily, as well as breakfast and dinner. The safety and well-being of every guest in our care is top priority. Our veterinarian that we trust is on call 24/7.

Assistant Pet Hotel Manager, Sir Cadbury.
Introducing our Assistant Pet Hotel Manager, Sir Cadbury. He takes his role at the Pet Hotel very seriously. His job is to ensure that all our guests have a pawsome stay! He looks over paperwork and checks on all pet guests well being. He suggests improvements and dictates the menu, treat, walk schedule etc. A little info on our big boy. Cadbury was ready on the table to be PTS as he was blind. Woodrock got a call to ask if we could take him in. Well the rest is history. This prince is totally blind but manages to win the hearts of every person and dog visiting Woodrock. He on the other hand has not care in the world. Just a mountain of paperwork and team of staff that he handles with ease.
Do we cater for cats? We don't, but we are happy to refer/recommend you to the Cottage Cattery which is right next door to us. They really do care for kitty cats and also cater for special needs cats. Contact Charmaine on 0763330825.
Do we cater for other animals? We can cater for other animals by special arrangement. We have hosted a pot belly pig and a rooster at our Pet Hotel. (The rooster met his chicken soul mate at our Pet Hotel and his mom adopted her, so he took his soul mate home).
